  • STANDARD SHIPPING - 2-5 business days (please allow 1-3 additional business days for processing time)

  • Processing time excludes weekends and major holidays.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for ALL orders.

  • Kashmere Beauty & Co is not liable for any missing/stolen packages marked delivered. If you believe your order was mis-delivered or confiscated, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. If you track your package and it has been in transit for longer than 10 business days please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a missing package claim.

  • If an incorrect item is shipped in your order please contact us immediately at info@kashmerebeautyco.com or TEXT US at (706) 294-7722, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible so please be sure to double check that your shipping information is correct before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.

  • We currently do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Unless an exception is communicated to you otherwise.
